This page lists the keyboard shortcuts of the Quilium back office. Shortcuts follow three conventions: `⌘`+letter combinations act on the open document (save, select all, delete), single letters act on the current screen and mirror the action's name, and every active shortcut is displayed where the action lives — on the button itself, or right-aligned in a context menu.

Single-letter shortcuts never fire while the cursor is inside a text field, a rich-text editor or any other input, and they are suspended while a dialog, drawer or menu is open — typing a letter always types the letter.

## Everywhere

| Shortcut | Action |
| --- | --- |
| `Esc` | Close the current dialog, drawer or menu; clear the selection in listings |
| `⌘S` | Save the open editor — content block, page properties, collection item, settings page |
| `L` | Open the editing-language selector (multilingual sites) |

## Pages

| Shortcut | Action |
| --- | --- |
| `N` | New page — the page appears in the tree immediately; drag it to its position before creating |
| `⌘S` | Create the page (while the New page view is open) |
| `P` | Publish the current page |
| `⇧P` | Publish the current branch — the page and its sub-pages with unpublished changes |
| `E` | Edit the current page's properties (title, slug, SEO, custom fields) |
| `D` | Duplicate the current page with its contents |
| `⌘⌫` | Move the current page to the trash (asks for confirmation; the home page is protected) |
| `/` | Search the page tree |
| `T` | Open the pages trash |
| `H` | Open the page history — revisions timeline with preview and restore; `H` or `Esc` closes it |
| `1` `2` `3` `4` | Switch view: content editing, mobile preview, tablet preview, desktop preview |

The same shortcuts appear right-aligned in the page tree's context menu when it is opened on the current page.

## Collections

| Shortcut | Action |
| --- | --- |
| `N` | Add an item |
| `E` or `Enter` | Edit the selected item (single selection) |
| `⌘A` | Select all loaded items |
| `/` | Focus the search field |
| `H` | Open the collection history — every change to its items; `H` or `Esc` closes it |
| Click, `⌘`-click, `⇧`-click | Select an item, add to the selection, extend the selection |

## Media library

| Shortcut | Action |
| --- | --- |
| `U` | Upload files to the current folder |
| `E` or `Enter` | Open the media sheet for the selected media (single selection) |
| `⌘A` | Select all media in the current view |
| `⌘⌫` | Move the selection to the trash — inside the trash view, delete permanently (both ask for confirmation) |
| `/` | Focus the search field |
| `H` | Open the media history — uploads, edits, moves and deletions; `H` or `Esc` closes it |
| Click, `⌘`-click, `⇧`-click | Select a media, add to the selection, extend the selection |

## Settings

| Shortcut | Action |
| --- | --- |
| `⌘S` | Save — YAML editors, dictionary, redirections, AI instructions |
| `⌘F` | Search within the open file (YAML editors, redirections) |
| `⌘D` | YAML editor: duplicate the current line |
| `⌘⇧D` | YAML editor: delete the current line |
| `⌘/` | YAML editor: toggle comment |
| `Tab` / `⇧Tab` | YAML editor: indent / outdent the selection |
